Refund Policy: All Sales Final

Thank you for choosing the Ghost Cable network. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan or reseller panel.

By completing a purchase with Ghost Cable, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations.


1. General No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our streaming services, all sales are final. Once a subscription, plan, or reseller credit is purchased and the server credentials have been generated and activated, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated cancellations under any circumstances.


2. The Free 24-Hour Trial

We provide a Free 24-Hour Trial specifically so you can test the Ghost Cable network on your own devices and internet connection before making a financial commitment.

It is your responsibility to utilize this trial to ensure our service meets your expectations and is fully compatible with your specific hardware (e.g., Firestick, Nvidia Shield, Apple TV) and software applications (e.g., TiViMate, Televizo). Because this free testing period is readily available to all users, we do not issue refunds for post-purchase dissatisfaction or device incompatibility.


3. Technical Issues Beyond Our Control

Ghost Cable provides access to a premium streaming network, but we do not control your local digital environment. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues that occur outside of our direct server infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • ISP Interference: If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocks, throttles, or restricts IPTV traffic.
  • VPN Issues: Connection drops or slow speeds caused by your chosen Virtual Private Network (VPN) provider.
  • User Hardware: Buffering or crashing caused by outdated devices, insufficient RAM, or poor Wi-Fi signals.
  • Third-Party Apps: Misconfigurations, cache issues, or premium unlock requirements within third-party streaming applications.
  • Standard Maintenance: Occasional temporary outages of specific channels or VOD links, which are a standard reality of the global streaming industry.


4. Reseller Panels & Credits

For users operating on the Platinum Reseller tier: all purchases of initial reseller panels and all subsequent credit top-ups are strictly non-refundable. Panel credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a different upstream provider, or refunded if you decide to cease operations.


5. Billing Errors

The only exception to this strict no-refund policy is in the event of a verified administrative billing error on our end (e.g., an accidental duplicate charge for a single transaction). If you believe you have been double-charged, please contact us immediately with proof of the duplicate payment, and the erroneous charge will be reversed.
